A landlord may choose to pro-rate your rent if you move in after the middle of the month by dividing the total by how many days in the month and subtracting how many days you wouldn’t be living their. Ex. 600.00 in a 30 day month would be 20.00 per day.
The entire month just the 15th or 8th and so you were actually in the days you were actually.
The days you move into place say on the days you dont have to pay the days you move.
