Texas Probate of will Real Estate?

My parents passed away over 10 yrs ago. In their will they left equal parts of the property to all of their children. The will was never probated and my sister has been paying the taxes on their beach cabin since this time. She was not listed as the executor to the will. Are there any rights that she has to this property that do not apply to the other siblings?
