Probate On a house that I live now?

The house that I live in now went through probate and I am the sole person that will get the house. Do I have to get approved for the house that is given to me or does everything just transfer to me. I guess what I am trying to say that there is still a mortgage on the house so does that mortgage get turned over to me or do I have to get qualified for mortgages. Thank you.

For you on as mortgagee this is transferable it will be transferred if they want to be paid out talk to take you on as mortgagee this is disposition just like sale the lender if they want to be paid out talk to take you on.
