I need to know how to be sure my house is given to the person or persons I choose without any court intervention from probate. It is now in my name only and I have a termanal condition. What type of deed would I need to accomplish this?

You will need to see a lawyer - and set up a “living trust”! ASAP.

I have found that if you put what ever in a living will it is harder for Ppl to fight for it… but then again there is always that chance no matter what you do….. sooooooo i would say leave it to me
j/k…. for real put anything and everything in a living will….

The information is pretty simple and you record the appropriate type of survivorship to be aware that this person will need to title as you can deed depending on title company.
