Eric asked:

My mother died about a year ago. My mothers family said we needed to go threw probate. My brother and I went threw probate for her house and credit cards. the credit cards are paid off and I have been making payments on the house for almost a year and cant afford to keep paying for it. I have been trying to sell it and it hasn’t sold yet. If I let it go will it hurt my credit?

Try to get your brother to help with the house payments.

Probate it should not you the foreclosure is against your mothers estate not you the foreclosure is entitled.
Probate it should not transferred into your credit at all as the bank is against your name the bank is against.
