Can I sell a house without going through probate?

My mother passed away in November 2009. She was renting her house, rent to own. I am executor of her will in which she leaves the house to me and my brother. We have 3 other siblings, who should not contest the will. The tenants say they have financing and want to purchase the house. Is there a way to sell the house without going though probate?
