Stepmom owes me ans my sister 50,000 a piece, she paid 25,000 to each of us a year ago, and nothing since. The court documents said we would sign over rights to the business., but she had to pay us 50 a piece. what can i do to get her to pay. i live out of state and she lives in cali. Do I have any rights. Who can i contact. Will I ever get the money

An attorney contract her saying you are considering her to court or just have an attorney contract her to sell the business go back.

The right to do so of all of that money dont be surprised however if shes already spent it it doesnt matter that get your sister to take care of all of that money dont be benefitting equally.
