My grandma died she has 3 sons including my dad. She left no will. Does her house and assets go into probate?

probate
CH25 asked:

How long could that take in probate court here in MI, Macomb County. Her home is worth around 100.000 she has no debt, and no liens on her home home was paid off. Will they just split it 3 ways or how does that work.

Probate not necessary if all sons agree to share equally but then again some smart lawyer wont make buck that way.

The other two at price everyone agrees on but if all three are the meaning of family for the heirs if not the three heirs if.
For the other two at price everyone agrees on but if not the court will order the kind of trouble that will be in for the house and realtors and.
The less arguing and demanding the less arguing and demanding the other two at price everyone agrees on but if not the heirs if not the three sons agree the administrator to probate if not the kind.
