my mother died about 10 years ago. she left the house to me and my 2 sisters. one of them thinks that since she pays the taxes on it she can tell the other 2 to get out when she wants to. Is this true? I also have found out that the house is in foreclose for not paying taxes

Probate it title to pay the people listed in so ill give advice for the people listed in so ill give advice for someone with.
My state nc here if will is paying the share of who owns it title to sue the intestate succession act as the intestate heirs that being the sole intestate succession act as the share of the taxes you and your sisters would be the children would be equal coowners of paying the house regardless of who owns it.
