I have won a law suite. I have signed the papers stating I accept the settlement, now my attorney tells me it has to go through probate court before I get any money…………How much longer do I have to wait? It seems like this is taking forever. Although I don’t live in NY the case is in NY
This is a medical mal case in the result of my husbands death and I am the only recipient.
