    Well since you didn’t tell us in what country, state or planet you wish to probate the will, how do you expect an answer?

    EDITED BASED ON ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    Depending on if the will is witnessed, a holographic (hand written) will without witnesses is Invalid in West Virginia.
