How do I file a Intestate probate?

My father past away without a will. I’m his only family. He didn’t have much just his clothes and a piece of property that I’m paying on which he bought for $8,000. After passing he owed $5,000 which I’m still paying. Other then that no other assets. No car, life insurance, no bank account, nothing. I don’t want to hire an attorney.
