another probate court question?

probate court
lyong222 asked:

my sister will try to have me removed as a co-personal rep. based on e-mails which she claims reflect my mental state. I’ve got e-mails myself of her making the rules on how to execute the will from day one. She denies her previous statements. She questions the ability to use e-mails as evidence. I’d think they are just like tape recordings they can be used to prove someone is lying. Legal opinions?
I vote for that myself…………
so would a judge do that versus removing one or the other,
since both are beneficiaires as well?

I’d remove you both and appoint an independent rep.
