Can I deposit an estate check into the deceased person’s account?

My Mom just passed away with a lot of debt. I didnt want to go to probate court because she didnt have any money and I didnt want to some how get stuck with the debt. But now I have a check made out to her estate for 1500$. She signed some blank checks for me in case she died so I could get money from her account if I needed. Can I deposit into her account? OR does it have to be an estate account? If I go to probate and get one, wont they take the money anyway for her debt? thanks!

How do I word a letter to creditors about a probated estate?
