Can I write up a declairation of emancipation to the Probate Court of my county?

Ok, if I written up a formal documentation have it looked over by a lawyer and signed by my parent/guardians that they approve of the declairation of emancipation. Would my county count approve this? This document would include, all employeement record, schooling (continueing), housing, billing, reason of emancipation and the parent/guardian signitures. PLEASe HELP and dont be rude please, im a good guy
