Man on the land Executor Advocate Revocate Republic for Arizona
Our Man on the Land Bill also known as Bill for short, is at it again. republicforarizona.org In today’s presentation [which is for information and entertainment purposes only] we talking about the executor pronounced ex’-cec-ut-or like the guy who chops off the tyrants heads after the revolution. Or the upstart who challenges the will of the state when the revolution doesn’t go as planned. Like I said entertainment purposes only! There was a death that occurred on the date you were berth. You know him well, he is called STRAWMAN, you know the guy who has the same name as yours only his name is in ALL CAPS. There was a executor that was created…that’s YOU. His job is to handle the affairs of the dead guy, the STRAWMAN. Unfortunately for those who are not Secured Party Creditors have given power of attorney to the government in the form of drivers license, marriage certificate and social security card, so the government is the executor. Now you know why you’re not winning in the probate courts. Hint they are all probate courts! The executor is the person which we know is a corporation or corpse which is dead. The executor has the following duties: There is an honor and a burden to serve as someone’s executor. An executor is entrusted (trust)with responsibility for winding up someone’s earthly affairs — a big or little task, depending on the situation. Essentially, an executor is charged, (has a blue pen ready to effect payment) with protecting a deceased person’s …

California Probate-What defines ‘extraordinary compensation’ beyond executors’ statutory compensation?
My attorney is away for 2 weeks and I have questions (which I’ve tried to simplify since probate is already too complicated):
Statutory compensations of $61,465 will be paid to the executor of my ex-husband’s estate as well as the probate attorney. This amount won’t be disputed because it is in keeping with the substantial size of the estate.
But I’m confused because the executor is requesting additional ‘extraordinary compensation’ for $92,500 based on the number of hours she spent handling estate matters at the rate of $50 per hour. Pardon this petty remark, but the lady has never made more than $15 an hour in her life.
AND, her attorneys are also making a plea for an additional $204,833 which they feel is reasonable ‘extraordinary compensation’.
Here are my questions:
1) What specifically falls into the category of ‘extraordinary services’ and/or ‘extraordinary compensation’?
2) On what grounds, if any, could an objection be made?
3) Is it likely the court will grant their requests?
I would greatly appreciate a great answer since the amount of funds available for distribution to the creditors will decrease by about $300,000!

Legal question about probate law in minnesota/ brother killed with no wills?
My brother was kill and left no wills, there is about 48,000 thousand in the bank.
He marry three wife and two of which resided in Kenya, 3rd wife here in MN and she doesn’t want to share the money with other wife’s or there kids…legaly The first wife and her kid should be entitled to some of that money, but the 3rd wife doesn’t want the courts to be aware of any other heirs aside from her…she File probate listing only her two kid and herself..
Since the other two wife’s are not resident in the united state how difficulty and time consuming could this case be?
Can the court order legal refused to accept the 3rd wife potion to be appointed as personal representative…because She is hiding her husban heirs and wife’s and maybe she cant be truest.
She also apply and lived in low income housing, her husban ( my brother ) is not even on the lease and his income is not present to the housing authority.now she claim her husban left 5000 thousand dollar worth of bills for the apartment.
Since he is not on the lease and did not sign anything agreeing to pay any money can she legally bring that up into the courts and be accept by the courts?
actually the first wife nominated me to be appointed,im not sure if the MN law reconized her marriage to my brother since she is not in the usa

Probate Notice: What if a name is incorrect?
I applied to be the administrator for my sister’s estate and the legal notice was put in the local organ today; however, her name has been spelled wrong. I have called the Probate Court office after hours and left a message informing them of the incorrect spelling. Does this have any bearing on things? Will I have to drop the matter and go through the process of filling out the administrator paperwork all over again? I can’t believe how careless the probate office was (this is Southeast Georgia; go figure).

My Father died and my stepmother won’t talk to me?
My father was sick for years with Alzheimer’s. I believe he had a will, but I don’t know how to get a copy of it. He told me he was going to leave his stocks to me. The probate court has no record of his estate yet.
How can I get a copy of his will? How can I find out who the executor of his will is?
