How to contest a fraudulent will without going to court?
chavandaniel asked:
hi – if my brother made a fraudulent will (making it look like its from my dad) leaving him the estate, and then filed papers, deed…etc. I got a letter from the probate court saying that my dads will was never probated there ( in the county where he lived…which is the only place he could have). Now what do i do to contest the will as fraudulent – and is there any way to do this without going to court?? i don’t have a lot of money and would rather stay out of court if possible.

How do I become executor of my dad’s estate?
str8jakit13 asked:
I am the only heir to his estate. However, my grandparents were last listed as his beneficiaries. They passed away a few years ago and my dad never changed the life insurance policy. He didn’t leave a will either. I don’t understand what probate court is. Please someone help me figure this out.

If my grandmother dies with no will and she is a widow how will the money left be given out?
Regina E asked:
The thing is my grandmother has no will and her husband died years ago and she has 2 sons. 1 of them died and the other one is living. If she died how would the probate court handle her money? The son that died had 2 children. Would the probate court give the one living son 50% and the 2 heirs 25%, 25%? How does that work since the son had 2 heirs?
