Is Massachusetts Probate Judge Richard Simons a fair Judge? My daughter is facing him; Ex & parents are chargi?
My daughter is facing him because her ex & his parents, mostly his Mommy are charging her with contempt of court & kidnapping. The kidnapping stems from her not allowing 1 of her 4 kids to visit the ex, & of course his parents, after the grandmother abused the child recently. Does anyone know what type of Judge Richard Simons is, fair or unfair? Partial to men or women? Thanks very much for your help!

Wills and probate and solicitors?
Can a solicitor release part of the inheritance money early if it is in the best interest of the beneficiary? For example, person leaves work because of ill health, wages get messed up by employer, and will take just over 1 month to sort, mortgage payment defaults by 1 month, enough money with sols to pay missed mortgage payment. Can they release this money DIRECT to mortgage lender to cover the payment?

In Probate Law. My brother is the executer of our property, Is there any way he can sell same without my name.
He says he can regardless if I sign the papers or not. He has made a few home improvements, remodling and painting. I have built a woodworking shop hoping to make a small business out of it, he claims the shop is all mine and refuses to invest a dime into it saying its all mine and it was built to help me compensate my Social Security in the future. I built it with the understanding that we were not going to sell the property and keep it in the family. He didnt tell me about selling the property until after I had it built.

I need some legal advice on a fake will that has been kicked out of probate?
My grandmother died a few years ago and her husband (not my g’dad) never probated her will. A few years later he died, and when they probated his will, the judge kicked it out citing that it was a forgery and that it had been forced. (The signature was a complete scribble).
Wouldn’t that mean that the courts would then have to refer back to their original wills, which were identical? And if so, what should I do about the inheritance that I never got seeing how I was the only benificiary named in either?
My g’mom died in ’92 and I was a teen. He died 3 yrs later and no one got in touch with me till ten yrs later. And only then, it was to sign over a quick deed to a parcel of land that was co-owned with 6 others. Any advice would be appreciated. (I called a few law firms and no one will talk to me without $500.00 up front… I had given up, but for some reason I keep having dreams about inheritance)
