Bank documents being withheld by previous executor of probate estate?

Hi,
Hi,
I am the current executor of my dad’s probate estate, the previous person was taken off for mishandling the estate. She is a convicted felon who is on probabtion. She will not give me the documents I need to see what she has done with the money. I will file a contempt of court against her, but is there anything else I can ask the court for because she is on probation and went past the deadline of handing over the information?

The executor (& heir (Mr. J)) of LK estate just passed away. 4 months ago the other heir (Ms. P) passed away leaving a son (Mr. K) her estate. The estate was the brother to Ms P and the boyfriend of Mr. J. Now who gets the LK estate? Mr. K? and what does Mr. K have to do or file with the courts?

In MA probate court, is it permissable to ask for monetary damages in a visitation contempt?

We purchased 3 round trip plane tickets… I flew out to MA to pick her up at the airport, but they no-showed. Now we are filing contempt against the mother…can we ask for the cost of the airfare? We did incur some cancellation fees on the unused to tickets, but still out about $700 total.

Question about Probate after Father’s recent death?

No Alpha Kappa Alpha probate?

Probate On a house that I live now?

I guess what I am trying to say that there is still a mortgage on the house so does that mortgage get turned over to me or do I have to get qualified for mortgages. Thank you.
