How is Probate shared?

probate
Des asked:

My mother in laws sister died recently with out making a will. The sister was a widow and didn’t have any children. My mother in law has another sister still living. She also had three sisters who are now dead. How will the estate be divided. I understand that my mother in law and her sister would be the main people to receive the divided estate. But children from the deceased sisters are now saying they have a legal entitlement to their dead mothers share of the estate, can this be legal? If their mother is dead can they get a share of the estate? This is happening in the UK.

Looking for creative domain name for our law firm. We do estate planning, probate and business law primarily?

probate
John Smith asked:

We want a creative name for our firm’s domain. Our firm name is a bunch of names but we want something more exciting AND something that doesn’t have to change when the firm’s attorneys change. So instead of smithlawyers.com, for example, we want something like legalexperts.com or something. There is an estate planning firm in town that has generations.com which I think is catchy. Any ideas you creative people can come up with would be appreciated. Thanks.
