Has anyone been victimized by attorneys and judges in Probate?

Court and successfully pursued legal action against them? What steps could you take if you aren’t poor enough to qualify for legal aid, yet not wealthy enough to hire another attorney? How would you decide anyway who could help you and not hurt you more? It seems they all protect each other from non-attorneys.The judge refused to speak to my sister & me or allow us to speak in open court to have our issues made at least part of the court record. We have evidence (documents- some even filed by these attorneys in county clerks office…) of prevarication, malicious fraud, denial to case files, embezzlement, barratry, on, & on… We have even been unable to recover personal property to my mothers homes. This is about her estate, and her will which has been ignored. The estate has not been closed yet. She died 2 1/2 years ago. Last court date was last March. There is a wealthy step father who has controlled all attorneys involved-many facts came to light after most of the damage was done.

lawyer left out church & university when filed will in probate?

A car dealer sold me a new car based on me selling a property that was in probate?

the money from the sale and the title to my trade-in is now being held in court because of some other legal issues. the dealer has “cashed” the contract, but they have threatened to have me charged with fraud, and take the vehicle back, although i have made 2 payments. i have shown all documentation that the court system is holding the money and title. can they go through what they threatened me with
