Question #2: Assuming a person still has ownership rights after death, how do you go about probating properties in Egypt and Saudi Arabia?
Um, in regards to the comment about Nigerian scams, I really hope that was a bad attempt at a bad joke. This is a legal question based on legal research I’m doing. Thanks for that HUGELY insightful response though.
