Would I need to go to probate court for a car that was left to me?

probate
Bridge asked:

My mother died and she told me the car would go to me when she passes away. She did not put that in her will. I have 2 other sibling that are fine with the car coming to me so would something like that have to go threw court. I live in Michigan. What would I have to have for proof? Do you think it would be ok to sign my name of the title? thanks
