antonio_navarro23 asked:
I want to get started in probate real estate I understand theres less competition then short sales. Does anyone know a good program offline or on the internet that can help me. I live in chicago Illinois so maybe there are some resources I can pull online? I have heard of Preston Ely and Ron Mead and other online gurus. Who has the best stuff at resnable price? Not thousands of dollars.

what can overturn an probate case. if the daughters inheirt property and relative want to stop sell of house?
Wm.Dauhgter asked:
Father passed away before he could legalize the will. It went through probate with daughters inheirt 50% of property. The relative who is 74 age believe the will is in forced which allows he to stay there until his demised. I tried to refinance but the title is cloudly. I needed an S.I. from each relative who are over the age of 65. They believe the house belongs to the brother and no need to give serious information to no body. I tried twice to refinance each title company said that they would need S.I’s. This is very costly to me and sister. I would like to follow my father’s wishes, but financially I can’t. I want to sell the house split profit with sister and help my uncle find another place to stay. With this going on what can I aspect to happen legally if they purse this with an attonery?

Can you start probate court without death certificates?
Lindsay R asked:
My mother in law passed away suddenly in January. We live in Arizona. I was wondering, can you go start the proceedings with probate court without the death certificates. We haven’t received them yet and I was hoping someone could give me an answer on what we can do. My mother in law left the house, verbally, to my husband. No one else in the family wants it and isn’t going to fight for it. She did not leave a will. She had the papers but unfortunately did get to finish them. Any ideas or any referrals to a good lawyer to ask?

Why would a man have to go to probate court to be appointed guardian of his own two sons?
Donaldo asked:
I have a case from 1842 in Worcester, Mass. where a man went to probate court to appeal to a judge so he could be appointed guardian of his sons, ages 5 and 3. He and his wife had married before the oldest was born and had several children after these, so it’s not in dispute that he was their father. The oldest was even a junior. He had two sureties with him to guarantee the $1,000 bond. I have a copy of the record and it still doesn’t make sense.
