what if were in probate and I disagree with the administrator of the estate ?

Michigan probate court. The desendents son is 11 yr.does a conservator have to be appointed?

Are we being screwed over by the attorney handling my Mother’s Probate?

My Mother died without a will 3 years ago. The estate is still in Probate. It seems like the only time the attorney works on it, is when I call him to see how things are going.
